David Boyd
Master Electrician

  • David began his career in the electrical trade as a Stationary Engineer responsible for HVAC, electrical installations and servicing of commercial/industrial systems. In 2007, he founded Laguna Beach Electric and expanded services into the residential space. With over thirty years of electrical experience, clients appreciate David’s transparency and commitment to quality workmanship.

    David likes playing tennis and traveling to Big Sur with his wife and their two dogs.

Sarah Noone-Boyd
Project Manager

  • Sarah holds an Associate of Science degree in Construction Management from Orange Coast College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production and Electronic Media from California State University, Long Beach. Leveraging a distinct combination of expertise, as a project manager in electrical design and installation, and producer in multimedia development, Sarah expertly organizes, monitors, and delivers each stage of a project to our client partners.

    “I collaborate with key stakeholders to clearly define our scope of work to ensure that client objectives are met within their budget and on schedule.“

    Sarah enjoys hiking and cooking for her family and husband. She also advocates for foster youth as a Court Appointed Special Advocate of Orange County (CASAOC).

Victor de la Rosa
Master Electrician, Sr. Technical Trainer

  • Victor served in the U.S. Air Force from 1982-1991, and was the Interior Electrician at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Santa Barbara, CA, and Osan Air Base, South Korea. For forty years, he has worked as an electrician specializing in low voltage. In addition, Victor shares his wealth of hands-on experience and technical safety as a trainer for our apprentice program.

    “Being an electrician has been a rewarding career for me both personally and professionally.”

    Victor serves as the Commander of the American Legion Post, in the City of Orange. He enjoys spending time with his family and cheering for the Dodgers.
